About L’ Ordonnateur
Following the discovery of two publications: Destin de Paris and La Ferme Radieuse, Elian Somers and Hester van Gent develop a research project that aims to provide a multifaceted and social-political perspective on Le Corbusier, his plans for Paris (La Ville Radieuse) and Piacé (La Ferme Radieuse), and his ideological and political aspirations during the 1930s and WWII.
This project will eventually lead to a short film, which will be shot at the locations Ozon (Hautes Pyréneés) and Vichy, where Le Corbusier stayed in the early 1940s.
